Sales Commission : £3 per Lot or 29% + incl. VAT commission, whichever is greater, plus £2 Lotting Fee, per Lot.
Our bespoke software enables us to pay out instantly on the day, or within 48 hours into a bank account. Item collection available at additional cost. Between Wednesday evening and 6 p.m. on Friday when the sales start, our Online Catalogue receives 3,000 - 4,000 hits EVERY week.

Established in 1989 and now in its 34th year, Mews Auction Rooms is the premier and busiest weekly Auction Clearing House for Household Goods, Antiques, Collectables, etc. in the Forest of Dean area, attracting over 230 Bidders EVERY Friday.
Our Online Photo Catalogue of Lots receives over 3,000 - 4,000 'Hits' EVERY Week. The lowest Commission rates in the Forest and for many miles beyond, plus no 'lotting-up' or photography fees and a friendly welcome ensure Mews Auctions is the Auction House of choice.
Our 3,078 Registered Customers amazingly provide us with at least 650 Lots EVERY Friday and often nearly 800. Friday evenings are fast-paced and we regularly manage to sell over 700 Lots in just 3 hours!!
We boast our own Bespoke Software System, Praeco*, designed and written exclusively for us by Dave Stephens of Mitcheldean PC, which delivers many advantages for both Sellers and Buyers. Lots are displayed on TV screens during the Sale, and Seller Accounts can be produced and paid out immediately after the hammer falls.
Whether it's a single item or a whole house to clear, Mews Auctions can arrange collection for you, and the costs of the removal can be deducted from the Sale proceeds, leaving you without risk of being liable for a penny!
Attributions, Sale Estimates and Collection Cost Estimates are all available Free of Charge in advance without commitment.
